Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker. She has more than 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and groups. She specializes in anxiety and mood disorders, school refusal, Borderline and Personality Disorders, self-esteem issues, relational issues, and emotional disturbances. Jessica believes in a holistic approach and capitalizing on a client's strengths to develop and implement a strong skill set to feel good about themselves, cope with emotional difficulties, and enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. She values developing a trusting and meaningful therapeutic relationship which will foster a positive and successful change. Jessica's ability to connect while providing support and empathy, helps clients improve their self-concept and self-awareness, which in turn increases her client's ability to express and communicate their thoughts and feelings proactively.
