In today's world, finding balance and restoring your physical, mental and spiritual well-being has never been more needed. Yoga can be a great compliment to ongoing therapy, helping you re-set, relax, and reflect. Gentle movement, stretches, and meditative poses will combine to allow your body to release tension and make space for emotional healing. In this weekly online class you will learn concrete skills such as calming the nervous system through specific yogic movements, and regulating well-being through introspection and self-awareness. Classes are on Tuesdays from 9:00am-10:00am via Zoom RSVP Required for each individual class by Mondays at noon If you need to cancel, please let us know 12 hours in advance About the Instructor: Dana Saad is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dana completed her yoga training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and has pursued additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga (through Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) and Yoga Nidra (through the iRest Institute). All of Dana's classes incorporate mindfulness, deep relaxation, and mind/body balancing intended to treat current symptoms related to an over active nervous system.
