Ashley Hernandez -LPCA

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her professional background includes extensive work in community-based crisis intervention and family systems, which has deepened her commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Ashley's clinical approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. She integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices to support each client’s unique journey. Ashley also has an interest in working with parents who are navigating parenting children with special needs. As a mom of a son diagnosed with autism and ADHD, she understands the difficulties that can arise from navigating school, the healthcare system, and daily life. She is here to offer support and guidance and strives to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change.
