BE outside in nature. WALK with your therapist; Explore a path, find a bench, set out a blanket or bring a chair. Bringing therapy outside can improve MINDFULNESS, help you practice the art of being PRESENT, calm your mind, bring perspective, and encourage a sense of CONNECTION.
