I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and an AAMFT approved Supervisor for trainees and associates coming into the field. I am also an EMDRIA approved Consultant, practiced in EMDR for trauma and other related disturbances. I work with individuals, families, and couples coping with a wide range of issues including:

 

Individual psychotherapy, marital and relationship concerns, divorce, pre-marital counseling, intimacy, sex and desire issues, blended family adjustments, codependency, infidelity, trauma, grief, love-loss, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, and life stage adjustments.

 

As an EMDR clinician, I treat many persistent concerns including but not limited to PTSD, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, attachment issues, depression, performance anxiety, complex grief,  OCD, postpartum complexities, and past and recent trauma. I have a special interest in working with dissociative disorders, co-dependency, trauma, and the impact of these presentations on relationships. I provide therapy for therapists looking to take a deep dive into self-development and enjoy working with gifted adults who are seeking to overcome the obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential. I work from a Bowenian frame informed by structural family systems with attachment and ego-state interventions. Aspects of mindfulness, guided visualization, and somatic experience are part of my approach.

Rates for Supervision:

$120. for 60min for an individual

$90 pp for 90min group of 2 or more
