Angela Wright-Holder -Intern
Angela is a Brooklyn, NY native. She brings her 12+ years of experience working with people who have experienced trauma, and continues her passion in her current role as a case manager helping United States Veterans. Angela wants to break the stigma of mental illness and is eager to use her knowledge and growing skills to help individuals, couples, and families communicate better. Angela is obtaining her Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services.

Angela believes in creating a therapeutic interpersonal relationship in a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental setting where each individual feels heard and free to express their emotions while working toward their goals. Her therapeutic style is influenced by systemic family therapy. Angela is passionate about understanding your family history, relationships with others and self, and cultural contexts that make up your identity.
