Bryanna Cotto -LMSW
Bryanna has spent her career working in high-intensity, crisis-focused environments, supporting individuals and families through some of their most difficult and overwhelming moments. She has extensive experience helping people who are involved in the criminal justice system, especially those that have been affected by domestic violence. She has also worked closely with teens who are facing challenges like legal trouble, emotional distress, or behavioral concerns, as well as with women managing the pressures of daily life while working toward mental wellness. Many of the people she supports have experienced feeling stuck, unheard, or unsure of how to move forward.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your autonomy. Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and tailoring them to fit your goals or what feels right for you. If sitting in an office doesn’t feel like your thing, you can take sessions outside. She offers walk-and-talk therapy and is always open to creative, client-led approaches that make you feel most comfortable and supported.
