Bryanna Cotto -LMSW

Bryanna works with both adolescents and adults using a holistic and integrative approach to care. She has recently spent time running group therapy in an intensive outpatient setting helping people work towards emotional regulation, resiliency, coping, and self-discovery. Bryanna helps support clients with a variety of challenges including; relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem and emotional distress.

 

Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your autonomy. Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and tailoring them to fit your goals or what feels right for you. If sitting in an office doesn’t feel like your thing, we can take sessions outside. She offers walk-and-talk therapy and is always open to creative, client-led approaches that make you feel most comfortable and supported.
