Michelle is an Advanced Graduate Student working towards her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, couples and families.  Her prior work experience encompasses working in organizations to enhance group dynamics and facilitate organizational change.  She also co-founded a non-profit, the Community Mindfulness Project, whose mission is to offer a variety of mindfulness practices to help people support their physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being.  

 

Michelle utilizes a collaborative, strength-based approach to family therapy.  She also incorporates systemic sociocultural factors that influence how we walk though the world.  Mindfulness practices are used to promote physiological and mental well-being.
