Jennifer Rice -LPC

Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their direction. She supports clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

She believes change involves not only reducing distress, but also building on strengths and making space for joy, humor, and what feels most important in life. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and can explore their experiences at their own pace.

Her approach is strengths-based, with experience supporting clients with ADHD, autism, and anxiety-related challenges in building structure, reducing overwhelm, and developing more sustainable daily functioning. She also works with caregivers of neurodivergent children, offering support around more responsive and practical approaches to understanding and responding to their child’s needs.

She draws from evidence-based strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, blending insight with practical tools to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their daily lives.
