Hailey McGrath is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. She earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently completing her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University.

Hailey approaches therapy with the understanding that our relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences all play an important role in our mental health. She takes a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop skills for lasting change.

She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck, Hailey is committed to helping clients feel heard, build on their strengths, and move toward a more meaningful and balanced life.
