Martha Bean -LMFTA
Martha Bean is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with individuals and couples seeking to address relationship distress, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in developing self-compassion and deepening awareness of the emotional and relational patterns that shape one’s internal and interpersonal world. She offers a warm, attentive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences with honesty and care. Martha integrates clients’ personal values, including faith when desired, as a meaningful part of the work. In addition to her clinical training, she brings a lived understanding of the complexities of long-term relationships, family life, and the ways loss and transition can shape them.
As therapy unfolds, clients often find themselves moving from patterns of survival and disconnection toward greater connection, belonging, and a more grounded sense of self.
