Rachel Chesny - PMHNP/APRN
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), dedicated to helping individuals feel more balanced, understood, and in control of their mental health. I offer compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I believe healing begins with feeling heard. I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and experiences. My approach is collaborative—I work alongside you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and to choose a path forward that feels right for you and aligns with your values.
I use an integrative approach, including Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed techniques, to help uncover root causes and patterns before turning to medication. When medication is considered, it is always thoughtful, personalized, and used as one part of a broader healing plan—not the only solution.
My goal is to empower you with insight, tools, and support so you can move toward lasting change and improved well-being.
