Richard is a Licensed Professional Clinician who has been working in the mental health field for the last eleven years. He enjoys working collaboratively with individuals experiencing a wide range of symptoms including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and other life adjustment issues. Richard is especially interested in working with the Veteran population in many different capacities. He is a Veteran as well, serving in the US Army for 14 years and understands the complex issues veterans face in today's society.
Richard employs CBT in his client-centered, strengths-based approach designed to the specific needs and goals of each client. He provides a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive space for his clients and values the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
